There are no lazy days of summer for the DWMC. Thank you to everyone who is fighting for healthcare: at rallies, with letters to the editor, and with calls to the Senate. Our work has made a difference. We must keep up our efforts and slam the door shut on this terrible bill. Continue to use the DWMC call-in action plan to stop it. We are calling not only Sen. Toomey, but 10 sway-able Senators. Special thanks to those who attended the Memorial March for Healthcare in Erie on Friday. Photos can be found on our FB page.

Fair Districts PA will be hosting 2 info sessions on gerrymandering in Butler County this month, 7/11 in Saxonburg and 7/15 in Butler. Their statewide event calendar can be found here.

Mark Longietti's Summer Picnic is Tuesday, 7/27 at 5:30 pm at the Masonic Lodge Picnic Grounds at Rt. 62 and Neshannock Rd. Tickets are $30 and available at the door.
